I just had a thought ... I realize October is just about over, so I could be considered late, but even though October is the chosen month, I don't think it's the only time to acknowledge the fight against Breast Cancer.
As I've written before, my mother and mother-in-law died from cancer and a co-worker has recently been diagnosed with it.
I've decided that beyond the "gift" made for my co-worker, I'd like to create more things (dolls, etc.) made with "Pink Ribbon" fabric(s). I have plenty of pink fabric, but nothing with the "Pink Ribbon" imprint.
Well, I'm feeling a little inspired. I have an unfinished doll that might be just right for what I have in mind. I also have an idea for the doll's dress. I'll need to run to the fabric store first, though. I don't have any fabric that fits what I have in mind.
